• Usage: basic, aggregated analytics and crash reports. We do not sell data or allow targeted ads.
• Support: messages you send us for troubleshooting.

How we use it

• Provide and improve the services and features you request.
• Secure accounts, respond to support, detect abuse.
• Comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We use trusted processors (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) under contracts that limit their use of data to our instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only: (a) with your direction; (b) with service providers; (c) to comply with law; or (d) to protect rights and safety.

Security & retention

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls). No system is perfect, but we work to protect your data. We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights or request deletion, contact privacy@truenorthoriginals.com. We will verify your request and respond consistent with applicable law (GDPR/CCPA).

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without verifiable parental consent. See the ThrivingFam section and our Children’s Privacy notice for details.

International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We will update this policy as our products evolve. We will post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date.

ThrivingFam — Addendum

Scope: Family wellbeing app with optional logs, reflections, and reports.

Data we may process

• Family logs and notes: sleep, food, activities, medication schedules, behaviors, reflections, attachments you choose to add.
• Care team info: teacher reports, pre-visit summaries (entered by you).
• Account & household: name, email, family members you invite.

How we use it

• To provide core features (journaling, insights, summaries you request).
• To maintain secure multi-user access for your household.
• To generate optional AI-assisted summaries you invoke.

Sensitive & children’s data

Parents/guardians control accounts and entries. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without parental consent. ThrivingFam is not a medical device and does not replace professional advice. We do not sell or use family data for advertising.

Data export & deletion

Email privacy@truenorthoriginals.com to export or delete data. Deleting an account removes associated logs after a reasonable processing window (subject to legal obligations and backups).

HuddleHub — Addendum

Scope: Leadership & relationship management tool for teams and individuals.

Data we may process

• Workspace content: relationship notes, goals, check-ins, feedback items you enter.
• Account & team: name, email, role, invited members.
• Usage: aggregated analytics and crash logs.

How we use it

• To deliver dashboards, reminders, and collaboration features you request.
• To maintain security, audit access, and support admins (if applicable).

Ownership & confidentiality

Content belongs to the account owner or the organization that controls the workspace, as applicable. We do not sell data or use content for third-party advertising.

Sketchy Rolls — Addendum

Scope: Non-digital party game. We do not collect personal data through gameplay. If you visit our website or contact us, we may process limited technical data (e.g., basic analytics) and your email for support.
