ThrivingFam is a family wellbeing app by True North Originals, LLC. This page explains how we handle information for ThrivingFam users. See our company-wide Privacy Policy for the full framework.
What we collect
- Account: name, email for authentication and invites.
- Family logs (optional): sleep, food, activities, medication schedules, behaviors, reflections, attachments you add.
- Care-team context (optional): teacher reports, pre-visit summaries you create.
How we use information
- Provide journaling, insights, and summaries you request (including optional AI-assisted features).
- Enable secure multi-user household access and sharing you control.
- Support, security, and service improvement (aggregate analytics, crash logs).
Children & sensitive data
Parents/guardians control accounts and entries. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. ThrivingFam is not a medical device. We do not sell data or allow targeted advertising.
Data retention & deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service and comply with law. Email privacy@truenorthoriginals.com to export or delete data.
